Medication Requests

Chronic medication requests are processed Monday to Thursday and are usually ready within 24 hours.

  • Requests submitted outside of this timeframe are treated as emergency requests and will incur an additional fee.

  • Please note that we cannot dispense medication for animals whose prescription was issued outside of our hospital even if we have received their complete medical history from the previous veterinarian.

  • To continue treatment, all animals on chronic medication must be reassessed at least every 6 months.
